Please read the standard Terms & Conditions as part of the Booking Contract

Unless prepaid or otherwise arranged with River Suite Orchestra (known as the performer) the employer shall pay the value of the contract in cash immediately prior to the performance. Ensure the performer is provided a safe, shaded and secure area to perform. If the performer, in their sole discretion considers that the area in which they are about to perform is unsafe because of lack of shelter from the elements including rain, winds, extremes of heat and cold or other adverse weather conditions, or for any reasons whatsoever, the performer may require that the employer make that area safe, or make available another area that is safe. The decision on whether the area is safe for the performance shall be solely that of the performer. If the employer fails to make the area safe, or make available an alternative safe area, the performer shall not be obliged to perform but the fee shall nevertheless remain payable. The employer may cancel this booking by delivery of written notice to River Suite Orchestra no later than 7 days before the date set for the performance, whereupon the employer will forfeit any booking fee paid.
