Booking fees are required to be paid within 7 days to secure your booking. 

An invoice for the performance will be sent 2 weeks prior to your special day.

River Suite Orchestra requires access to the venue a minimum of 15 minutes prior to your selected start time. Please confirm access with the venue.
Please allow minimum of 2 weeks notification prior to your special day. An additional fee of $100 is payable for special requests currently not listed in the River Suite Orchestra Repertoire List.
